About Us

Facilitate the development of the NC Rush Triad player, create positive relationships, and add value to the overall experience. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Phillippians 2:3

Our club was originally formed in 1997 as the Team Alliance Soccer Club. We transitioned to the Triad Elite Soccer Club in 2010, and most recently have entered into a partnership with the largest youth club in the world, Rush Soccer. Our new operational name is North Carolina Rush Triad. Our club serves players from ages 3-19, playing recreational up to the highest levels of competitive soccer. As part of its founding charter, we have always strived to offer the opportunity to play club soccer to anyone who wants to play. Through charitable giving and sponsorship's, a significant number of players have received some form of financial aid due to their income status. We are proud of our philosophy of inclusion and our abilities to reflect on the demographics of our region, melding players of all races and income levels. Our demographics include players with traditional American roots and backgrounds from Latin America, India, South America, Europe, and Africa. Although this is a very similar model to what you see on the United States National Team programs today, in youth soccer, it is very unique.

Rather than incur the expense of owning and maintaining expensive fields and facilities, we have chosen the option to partner with our local schools and municipalities with regard to the fields we use. This enables us to keep our focus on keeping fees as low as possible and keeping our focus entirely on providing great soccer programming for our families. An added benefit is that we use fields that are very convenient to our families, with fields right in Winston-Salem and Clemmons, saving the travel time and expense of having to drive to fields in other cities.

Our club firmly believes that soccer can provide opportunities for players to change the direction of their lives, to see and experience things that they never believed possible. In 2013 and 2021, our older boys teams had experiences of a lifetime, winning the North Carolina State Cup, the Southern Regional Championships, and progressing to the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championships. In 2013, our team lost in the National Championship game, and in 2021, our team won the National Championship! And once again, the community aided and assisted our teams in the expensive travel costs for those events.

We are very excited to have joined Rush Soccer, the largest youth soccer organization in the world. This is a great partnership as we are going to be able to offer world-class programming and resources to our families, while still working very hard to provide the most affordable fee structure in the state. In fact, in 2021, our fee structure is as much as 70% below other clubs in our area.

We look forward to serving you and showing you "Excellence begins here, Just Play"
